Been here many times before This is the second time my hair has been messed up however it was fixable and sorted by Mark the first time and I was happy enough with that However yesterday was the last time ever for me after going in with a balayage and leaving with orange roots and green ends I asked for brown and even suggested bleaching my roots first as I was concerned about hot roots I was told not to do that and go straight for brown which left my hair destroyed There was no apology just a suggestion to go much darker to cover it which I declined and I was still expected to pay for my blow dry I had to go to another salon and Im waiting to hear back from them to see if they can even attempt to fix it Its going to cost me a fortune for a correction before even getting to what I want with my hair I also had to pay over for a product to take out some of the green Im really upset about the whole situation I couldnt go back after this

For nd time showed the hair cutsi wanted and nothing not even near what I asked forMark even said it was his fault when it wasnt Was the person who cut and didnt even looked at picture Only said it s shorttheir answerit will growdidn t even accept payment despite I wanted

I had my hair cut by Rogrio today I highly recommend him Hes an excellent professional and I loved the result
