Holly Nails

I am quite happy with the result of my nails exactly what I asked for I give stars because the equipment was unhygienic but thats expected from an American Style nail salon the few people who did my nails were polite fast and efficient Thank you

I been going here for a long while I find Jason is best as he very professional and very particular doing the nails However today I booked for nail extensions and price euro all the time but today owners son charged me euro I questioned it but he told me thats the price If I was in a shop Id get charged what was as on price tag But they charged me a extra euro Wasnt impressed I willhighlight to them the next time if not I wont return I have stopped going as even after my last treatment they were still questioning my honesty after a while they offered me discount on my next visit sorry I know I was correct and they questioned me after years going to them now I going elsewhere

Very disappointing experience The female staff were extremely rude and openly shouting at customers Communication was difficult to understand and if you didnt respond immediately they would raise their voices I previously had good experiences with a male staff member who was professional but since he is no longer there I wont be returning
