I have just come across the previous review on Google about the Pure Therapy salon at Bolton Road Ashton in Makerfield and have to say I am amazed at such a negative review about a fantastic salon They offer an absolutely top class service on every beauty product treatment they have on offer Lovely helpful staff who treat you as friends as soon as you enter I have never had a bad experience at this salon and I have been going there for a number of years Please check out Facebook for the lovely honest reviews I can only assume this previous review was by a one off customer who did not tell the lovely staff here exactly what she wanted

Arrived on time at Was booked in for lashes spray tan and nails My appointment was to be treatment at and the other at When I arrived was told they were running late as their appointment system had crashed and they didnt know who was booked in but carried on taking appointments I had lashes done at pm and was still sat waiting at It was musical chairs without me moving Other ladies came in and got sat down to have nails started or gel removedKnowing that nails were goi g to take minutes I ended up asking for spray tan to be done and I would get the nails done elsewhere Not happy at all One eye was fine with lashes curling up Not sure what happened with the other but lashes were straight and sparse Tan had a drip on my calf which I didnt notice until I came to shower It stayed put Good job my dress covered it Not happy at all and would not go there again despite having a previously good tan Maybe dont make further appointments when your system crashes And treat the ones who turn up for pre booked slots with respect After all we are paying

AMAZING SALON I absolutely LOVE this place i have my acrylic nails and shellac every weeks and theyre always perfect Gill is so lovely and really is amazing at her job very professional and so friendly Wouldnt go anywhere else
