Booked in advance for party lashes over the phone as the website was down at the time and I was assured it was all booked in Turned up early for my apt as I hate being late and the salon was closed Thought it was odd as online says they open at am and when I got there it was No big deal as I was early and my apt was for so I waited outside mins before my apt is due the salon is still closed and the owner messages me to tell me they will be late due to them being at the wholesalers Im now starting to get irritated as why would you go there when you knew you had a client booked in I explained I had another apt to get too and asked how long she would be She told me her sat nav said she was mins away so I told her no problem I will wait Nearly mins passes by and she is still not there so I messaged her again advising Im going to have to leave She then informs me she is just near the library which is literally seconds away from the salon As I turn to leave I see a girl walking up with keys and I know she works at the salon She says absolutely nothing to me opens the shutters and then the door so I follow her in I ask where all the staff are to make conversation and she says we dont start till I ask her if thats the case why was I booked in for She doesnt answer me and just stares so she says what you booked in for I reply party lashes she takes a look and says no we have you booked in for a patch test At this point Im really annoyed now and tell her i rang and booked party lashes over the phone and who ever answered assured me it was done She again just stares at me so I explain whats happened how the owner has kept me waiting and Im done She half heartedly apologises and I just leave I have never known such incompetence from a business in my life No organisation no common sense no professionalism and they just dont seem to care at all I also dont believe the owner was at the wholesalers at all she lives in Ashton and goes to the wholesalers a lot so she wouldnt need her sat nav to know how far away she was The salon clearly opens at as thats what her staff member said so they didnt even have the decency to call me in advance and ask me to come in at a later time I know the owner was lying to me and her staff just confirmed it for me Never again would I use them and I would advise anyone else to go somewhere else too Thanks to their disorganisation I now have to go my event without my lashes I am so disappointed

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now Gemma Lucy Niamh are friendly welcoming This week Lucy did a great job on my nails Great experience as always Would definitely recommend this salon

The dirtiest salon Ive ever been to I was reluctant to start because of the filth in the room then when we did she said what I asked for wasnt what I booked in for on freesha there was only options bikini line or extended bikini I wanted everything off so went for extended she said shes not trained todo everything but she can get most off I said ok thatll have todo Ill have todo the rest myself when I get home She gets started and uses hard wax so obviously has to do the picky bit at first to get the strip up and away from the skin Ouch I asked her to use a different wax with strips as this is a much better method she didnt stretch the skin even after I asked her to So it was extremely painful no warning before ripping it up either Awful experience
