Power Cuts

I don info infot normally write reviews especially bad ones in fact ever but I wanted to share my experience this morning I took my daughter and myself for a haircut this morning waited for over minutes no apology no offer of a glass of water in degrees of heat and myself heavily pregnant they were quick enough getting themselves drinks for me to ask when are we going to be seen for then the women who I ask to shout across to someone else that we are basically her clients why hasn info infot she seen us yet I get my hair washed which only half is actually washed I had to tell the girl to not miss all my hair underneath for then me to turn around to my daughter when the hair dresser asked if I was happy to tell her there was loads of strands she hadn info infot cut and to get home and realise she has missed loads more it was just a horrible atmosphere where no one seemed to communicate with each other and no one seemed to like each other best to say I won info infot ever be back Was there an hour and again not even a glass of water offered to us just horrible

Took my year old grandson here for a haircut Expertly handled by info infoLauren info info who turned a difficult experience into a pleasant event Thank you Lauren we will be coming back again

Lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up when I was inquiring about appointments I was polite and patient yet she seemed annoyed and had a tone of voice which insinuated that I was burdening her about asking for a basic haircut
