Was long overdue hair cut Charlotte was very lovely and did a great job

Worst haircut I infove ever had Felt confident at the reviews of this salon so thought I infod try it as it infos so hard to find a good one these days place had good reviews etc I got home and wanted to cry cut all my hair off WAY past what I asked for length wise When you infore in the chair you don infot really notice and after my cut I wasn infot shown the mirror to see the back of my hair at the end as I thought was standard procedure at any hair salon My hair was just lobbed off with no care or thought I was in tears when I got home and am now having to consider expensive extensions My hair was just cut off to the point I can infot even style it now I just have a wedge that i can barely tie back into a ponytail Worst experience of my life I think the hairdresser cares more about being a glamour model than she does a professional hairdresser or any care for her clients Avoid this salon
