Lily Nail Spa

I was recommended this nail salon by a friend so I went in with high expectations Asked for acrylic French tips with glitter and a bow and showed an inspo photo While filing my nails I confirmed with the the nail tech what I was wanting done and suddenly she said she could not do the glitter and claimed I asked last minute and she didnt have time even though no polish had been applied and no one was waiting after me I could clearly hear her making fun of me to another staff member which was rude and uncomfortable I was originally quoted which made no sense as I overheard another customer being charged for French tips only I ended up paying The shaping and French tips were good and done quickly but the staffs behaviour was unprofessional and for what I had done it was incredibly overpriced I would not recommend going here

Very unprofessionalspoke between themselves the entire time I was there in their own language I suffer bad anxiety as it is so this set it off big time I was shaking badly and ended up in tears the quality of the nails can not be great as I knocked my nail on something today and the entire nail came off Im devastated

So friendly great nails I got builder gel and red They even repaired my index finger nail with an acrylic one as it had snapped off A lovely first experience thank you
