Vicki who was meant to cut my hair wasn info infot there so someone else just did it but they didn info infot tell me that until they were part way through The cut is so bad and I info infom so upset they took way more off than I asked for and gave me like a bob in the front instead of face framing pieces and layers It looked like stairs I had loads of photos and repeatedly said no please don info infot do xyz and they still did it
Edit I asked for and refund and Vicki was there this time She was very nice and apologetic and did refund me as she agreed the cut was terrible
