I visited Nails by Us for a gel polish removal and was very disappointed with the service Instead of using acetone or polish remover to soak off the gel the technician filed directly down to my natural nails I was repeatedly cut with the file and on several occasions the technician attempted to tear the gel off which was painful and unsafe Once finished no nail oil or strengthening treatment was appliedmy nails were simply dusted off leaving them scratched and weakened Overall the experience felt careless and unprofessional and I would not recommend this salon for gel removal
Lovely people my year old mum loved how gentle they were and so happy with the nails and my manicure is gorgeous highly recommend x
