Absolutely horrific experience Do not go here only nice staff member in there was Mel who did my eyebrows for me which is why Im giving stars instead of took my girlfriend and I there to get my hair cut and my girlfriend her hair coloured staff were incredibly rude and felt like I was back at school with the kind of attitude they had were talking crap about my girlfriend in the back whilst I went to the loo and didnt realise I heard everything they said until I came out tried to tell my girlfriend and one of the stylists was incredibly rude to us telling her multiple times anything is better than what you came in with and at the point of mid bleach saying she could stop there and let us do it at home as your partner thinks she can do a better job Not only that but made my girlfriend panic as they told her she couldnt get to the colour she wanted and suggested going black she wanted grey and was going from already very light hair put a colour stripper on her hair without even asking if that was an okay treatment for her told her to deal with it when I informed them she was having an allergic reaction from an allergy she has to hairspray told them this ahead of time and had hives going up her neck and her entire face swelling and if thats not enough have left her with chemical burn blisters on her scalp Would have been better to dye her hair with literally toilet bleach than go there

Always look forwards to my appointments here Millie never disappoints she is amazing Lee is also great
