I did research or so I thought This is supposed to be biab From the minute I sat down I got the impression this man was not experienced and then my nails started burning under the lamp so bad I started blowing them Worst place I have ever been and Im not a nasty person and would never wish a small business harm but I left this place and went somewhere else and had to pay to have these removed They had no idea what they even were Disgusting please do not go and look at what happened to me today

Went in for a acrylic infill a polish for my little girl we arrived at nails were started by at am I was then left to wait for another nail technician whilst the one who was working on me left to do another customer I was told it would be minutes minutes later I was still waiting for my nails to be finished After a total of hours I finally left without what I had intended to get as I was running short on time after leaving myself plenty because they seem to like to leave there customers sitting waiting instead of finishing one before starting the next I also think for a year olds nails is quite steep no apology for the wait no drinks offered Wont be returning after that experience care more about money in the till than customer service clearly

I called up last minute on Thursday afternoon for a set of of acrylics very affordable very good quality I didnt get the ladies name but she was the nicest person and made the time fly I will definitely be going back
