My first time today great experience lovely job highly recommendedlovely lady

I used The Beauty Retreat to get my Eyebrows shaped and tinted I like to use and support local businesses whereever possible its a shame the owner doesnt have any Customer Service skills I had my Brows done by Sarah the Senior Beautician who is a lovely friendly lady but clearly has no clue how to Wax Eyebrows I used to have my brows done by Lauren K but she left so I thought I would give her a go I mean How bad can it be She is a Senior staff member and must know her way around a waxing pot Well unless you want to leave looking like Dennis Healey I would give them a wide berth I was in there for ages she clearly was not confident waxing them and even said during the never ending session Brows werent her thing WOW She werent kidding I left with my brows still covered in Dye and I dont believe she removed strand of hair from them or the arch tho she did manage to remove a massive chunk from the top of my brow All in all very very disappointed I asked for a refund as I wasnt happy paying for such a rubbish wax but the owner wasnt interested that a Customer was unhappy with a treatment ignored my email and refused to refund me but instead invited me back to have them done by her a good offer but no thanks So to end if you decide to put your Brows in Sarahs inexperienced hands GOOD LUCK I personally could have done better myself and saved

Had my nails done recently and had such a wonderful visit My nails look fab the staff are so friendly and chatty Made me feel really relaxed Great experience and Ill be going back
