My first time today great experience lovely job highly recommendedlovely lady

I used The Beauty Retreat to get my Eyebrows shaped and tinted I like to use and support local businesses whereever possible its a shame the owner doesn info infot have any Customer Service skills I had my Brows done by Sarah the Senior Beautician who is a lovely friendly lady but clearly has no clue how to Wax Eyebrows I used to have my brows done by Lauren K but she left so I thought I would give her a go I mean How bad can it be She is a Senior staff member and must know her way around a waxing pot Well unless you want to leave looking like Dennis Healey I would give them a wide berth I was in there for ages she clearly was not confident waxing them and even said during the never ending session Brows weren info infot her thing WOW She weren info infot kidding I left with my brows still covered in Dye and I don info infot believe she removed strand of hair from them or the arch tho she did manage to remove a massive chunk from the top of my brow All in all very very disappointed I asked for a refund as I wasn info infot happy paying for such a rubbish wax but the owner wasn info infot interested that a Customer was unhappy with a treatment ignored my email and refused to refund me but instead invited me back to have them done by her a good offer but no thanks So to end if you decide to put your Brows in Sarah info infos inexperienced hands GOOD LUCK I personally could have done better myself and saved

Had my nails done recently and had such a wonderful visit My nails look fab the staff are so friendly and chatty Made me feel really relaxed Great experience and I info infoll be going back
