Cinderella Nails

Had my nails done ten ago nails were chipped within days I reluctantly booked another appointment as I didnt want to moan and I wanted them to be Infilled I pre booked an appointment for pm today for my hour lunch which I sat for mins waiting for my appointment with no apology no time advise So disappointed as I really wanted my nails FIXED wont be returning and I would advise you to look elsewhere Ive had good appointments here but it seems once you become regular they dont care they would rather get as many in as possible women turned up at pm for the same appointment completely wasted my time

I had my nails done last December I found the removal so harsh on my nails They were in such a rush to remove the gel that they didnt give enough time for the solution to break it down before scraping and electrically filing my nails My nails were painful to touch for about weeks afterwards and it has taken until now months to be healthy again They were so thin and brittle for a long time I have had to apply nail oil every night since January I have never experienced such a harsh and over the top removal I wouldnt use them again I have havent had my nails done much over the years but I have never known them to be removed in this way and I didnt have a residual issue afterwards Additionally I felt uncomfortable in the shop as there was limited customer service They were having conversations in their own language throughout and gave me no eye contact or care The place was pretty run down too It has honestly put me off ever having my nails done again The long term damage is not worth the few weeks of pretty nails

Beautiful nails for my wedding I showed them a picture I found on pinterest and they copied it exactly So happy with my nails they were perfect for my wedding and everyone complimented them Such steady hands I would love to come back for more but as a gardener I would ruin them Thank you so much I enjoyed watching the news during the appointment and the staff are very friendly
