I used the Fresha app to book a nail appointment which was confirmed via email
Unfortunately the beauty therapist didnt turn up to the appointment I rang the manager of the salon who seemed to be aware of my appointment however the beauty therapist later text to say that she didnt get a notification of the booking
Possibly a simple communication issue but I would ring to confirm any bookings
I really love the salon since it became the Sanctuary Its beautiful and peaceful The staff are brilliant so welcoming and professional I felt so relaxed there and loved the little touches like the drink and snacks you are offered
Had my nails done by Katie and love them They lasted for weeks I think the owner Kim is doing a fantastic job with the salon and would recommend to everyone I will definitely be back
