I had a Japanese head spa with Steph and it was such a treat She creates a really calming atmosphere and you can feel how skilled she is straight away The scalp cleanse and massage were incredibly relaxing and my hair felt so soft and refreshed afterward I also go to Steph regularly for my hair from colouring and cuts to blowdries and shes amazing every time She always listens gives great advice and my hair looks and feels its best when I leave Highly recommend Steph for both head spa treatments and hair services

I had terrible experience at mi amour I travelled min to come there and booked through there professional looking profile on fresha I showed them a picture of balayage hair colour style and it failed my hair is fully jet black there is no chunks or anything they still charged me and my hair looks really bad and I am really unhappy they said it will come after a few washes but nothing changed just feel scammedalso staff was very rude never go to this placezero star
After speaking to Sarah about anxiety around going to the salon she put me at ease and booked me in to see Chloe for a cut and blow Chloe was really lovely she washed my hair and did a hair mask then talked me through everything and cut my hair really nice just how I wanted it Id definitely recommend Im not normally a hair salon kind of girl but these girls are all lovely so it was a nice treat for me
