Hanas Nails

STAY CLEAR OF HANAS NAILS IN DROYLSDEN I never normally go to Hanas nails but I did as a one off and I will not be returning Yesterday I arrived and waited over hour to have my nails done I believe it was hana herself who did my full set of acrylic french tips in minutes she was rushing as it was late and there were other people behind me waiting I she was rough with me and cut all my cuticles I had to mention numerous times to straighten the nails when I left the shop I noticed how wonky the French tip was and wasnt happy with how they looked so I called the shop and they told me to come back today which I did When I arrived Hana said I had to pay to get them removed which I was not happy to do she was stood up arguing with me raising her voice in front of a whole shop off people I asked for my money back and she said I cannot get my money back unless they CLIP my nails she said she wasnt happy with me going somewhere else to take her work off I told her to clip them off and she came over shaking whilst holding my hand so I asked for somebody else to do it whilst hana was still stood up arguing with me She was saying sorry to the rest of the customers but not me This is how I had to leave the shop to get my back AVOID AVOID

Worst customer service and application I have ever experienced I have been to this salon on multiple occasions over the years and I regret it every time I asked for a gel nail soak off today Instead the woman drilled the entirety of the polish off to the point of drilling away at my natural nail She damaged my nails badly leaving them weak and brittle She was very rude didnt say a word to me and was on face time with her air pods in In the past I have had acrylic nails done here They ripped my cuticles to shreds with the nail drill making them bleed This led to infection and pain

Ive been going there for years Ive never had an issue the staff are always friendly and always do a great job on my nails
