HORRIBLE absolutly horrible they have comletely ruined my hair leaving me with a botched hair cut that i had to go to another salon to get it fixed i am not writing this out of spite i am writing this reveiw just to save someone from having their hair buchered like me they have given me a massive chuck of short botched curtain bangs as well as layers that just consist of some long hair with one layer of short hair sitting above it it looks ridiculous They also gave me a root touch up just to have no colour change in my root just a tint of ginger in it PLEASE PLEASE do not go here stay away
