I had a terrible experience at this salon First the stylist got my booking time wrongeven though I had the correct time in writing When I adjusted to the new time she set she still seemed annoyed when I arrived On top of that she kept adding random charges throughout the appointment for things that were already included in the price like blowdrying which is essential for twists and extra extension fees that were never mentioned upfront By the end I was being charged far more than what was originally agreed upon To make matters worse she only accepts cash which she demanded at the end of the appointment The whole experience felt unprofessional and stressful Definitely would not recommend

I have been having my locks done at locks unique for year S handles my hair with compassion Shes very professional and honest the atmosphere in her salon is warm and welcoming She gives excellent customer service she listens to you and gives you the best advice for your hair She teaches you how to treat your locks and recommends the best natural products Excellent loctition warm spirit Highly recommended You will not be disappointed Blessed love
