I went there couple of months ago for half head highlights because of good reviews but its have been the worst experience ever Mus suggested two colours but I wanted only one the brightest blonde colour no bleach like I always do I know my hair what works he said ok and done them really thin The result was ok but it got really dark after after a few days I already booked next visit I did say that last time my hair got unusually dark if he can do a tone ligher colour but no bleach What a shock I got when he showed me a piece of paper and said he used two colours last time I wasnt happy but trusting that he would listen this timeunfortunately I gpt another shockhe did use bleach and done it so bad that front of my head looked like a lampard dark patches just bleached thick strands of hair He redone some of it denied using bleach but when he brought a boxI was right HE RUINED MY HAIR FOR CHRISTMAS So embarrassing I have to wear a hat now WORST HAIRDRESSER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO doesnt listen to the client
