I came to this barbershop around am of Monday morning and its closed even though they were supposed to open at am according to both Google Maps and Apple Maps Its still closed now the shutters are down no one answers the phone Really unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who take the time to come here wont recommend to anyone

I recently visited Grace gents hair style hoping for a fresh cut but my experience was far from refreshing From the moment I walked in it was clear that new customers are not a priority here The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming with staff barely acknowledging my presence There was no greeting no offer of a seat while I waited just a general air of indifference While I understand that barbershops can get busy the way I was treated felt dismissive not simply a result of a packed schedule It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer When I finally did get a barber the consultation was rushed and perfunctory My requests were met with a lack of interest and minimal input from the barber leaving me feeling unheard and unsure about the final result The haircut itself was fine Not terrible but certainly not the quality I expect especially given the poor service It felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail that distinguishes a good barber from a mediocre one Honestly I could have gotten a similar cut at a budget chain and likely with better service What truly cemented my negative impression was the checkout process Again minimal interaction no friendly how does it look just a demand for payment It felt transactional and impersonal completely devoid of any customer appreciation Overall my experience at Grace gents hair style was incredibly disappointing The unwelcoming atmosphere poor customer service and mediocre haircut make it a place I would strongly advise against visiting especially if youre a new customer There are plenty of other barbershops in the area that value their clientele and offer a much more positive experience Save your money and your time go elsewhere
