First cut hair salon English

I tried this spot after walking past a few times in Chinatown but I have never been so disappointed in a salon Firstly outside on the sign outside they proposed a haircut for long hair as and short hair but after my hair was done they had charged me Completely different to what I was promised upon walking in Secondly I had come in for a wavy perm and After just weeks my hair has become frizzy and the wave pattern is all over the place despite using products to keep it maintained My prior perms have lasted up to years even as it has grown out the majority of the curl pattern remained at the bottom I am disappointed in the end product the retention and the customer service I received I came back to the salon today and they argued with me saying they could not do anything overall being rude and condescending to me the whole time offering nothing to help I asked for someone else like a manager who might be able to help but they answered that they didn info infot know when they would be back In conclusion I do not recommend this salon You would be much better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere

I was in London from Washington for a short weekend and had no time for a haircut before I left Im female with a pixie cut which grows so fast on front and back and annoys me I was walking through Soho Chinatown tonight looking for somewhere less crowded to eat not possible its manic busy and saw the salon open with only one customer I was about to ask about bookings but the lady manager I suspect said they could cut my hair right then pm Saturday evening A young man asked if I wanted it washed but in case they were trying to close I said a dry cut was fine He immediately got me towelled up with a heated towel bliss gowned and he git to work with a combo of the razor fir back and ears and two cutting scissors to tidy up and take the weight out He was so fast and clearly so well trained Total artist to watch his precise cutting Within minutes I felt like a new woman Very kind friendly staff Id go here everytime I am in London Fast so clean lovely staff and great pricing Despite this is London it only cost me I gave him a tip because Id have paid at least anywhere else even with short hair Great service super hand just off the main street

First time here and Ally did my hair just the way I pictured and wanted it She also followed on my request to maintain my length while styling it with my thin and slightly damaged hair
