My first time trying this shop and went to get biab on my nails I was pleased when i left as they did look nice After days some of my biab began falling off and i was very confused because biab usually last around weeks I went back exactly a week after i got them done because three had fallen off already within that period I paid for nails to fall off within days I went to the shop and asked if they could repair the three nails as it wasnt my fault that they fell off She then proceeded to tell me that she cant fix it that its been two weeks and it hadnt it had been exactly a week and i showed her the date i got them done and she still refused to fix it for me She then started making excuses that she has biab on her nails and its lasted her two weeks that its basically my fault that they had fallen off because i wasnt careful Which isnt true because i am very fragile with my nails and even if i wasnt careful they shouldnt be falling off after DAYS I dont recommend coming here

Not a neat job Woman is very rude and dismissive Cut me multiple times They dont look like they use clean tools Im praying I dont get infection Would never go back Got my acrylic nails removed and my nails are very sore and in pain now Not worth the money

Have been there before and I was happyOnly one of the women though knows how to do manicure Last two times I left very disappointed but they dont care Also I was charged extra for extended nails to be removed when they were not done properly and a few of them fell off the very next day and because I was about to travel just stick them with nail glue a few times
