No receptionist so each stylist books their own diary which they cannot do as they are with a client when you ring up and so you are always asked to ring back No wonder this has gone from being a busy salon with a receptionist to being closed half the time It doesnt help when the stylist is then rude to you when she answers the phone to tell you she is too busy with a clients treatment and cant look at her diary It isnt even open Monday or Tuesday so when you do get through you hope you can at least book an appointment without someone taking your ear off This was a good salon if you could ever get through and make an appointment I am sure it would be great

Had my hair cut texturised and coloured by Michelle who was quite attentive explaining what she was doing throughout I was late for my appointment but she still fitted me in She gave me some recommendations on products but I didnt feel pressurised to buy them Very happy with the results
