I had an appointment for my daughter on Friday th for haircut the lady who cut her hair wouldn info infot cut how I wanted it done and said I should go with the haircut she said so I did thinking she knew better then tried over charging me saying my daughters hair was heavy my daughters tears old and has hair thin as paper I have had her haircut here my the boss lady who is amazing then I got home washed her hair to see how uneven so messaged on Instagram the boss lady saying she will sort it on Monday st So I go in today and the lady was being so dam rude telling me she needs to wash the hair straighten it and then said oh I don info infot know what you expect I was ready to say something but held myself This lady needs to be removed from your shop the thing is other customers where watching her and listening to her and looked at me like aren info infot you going to say anything Will not be going back disgusting customer service from this women and treatment The other staff watched with shame

Life got in the way and I infom only just getting around to booking back in for second appointment at Naze after almost a year but I still haven infot forgotten about the great experience I had here There was a lovely athome atmosphere with friendly staff and regulars I came out with a perfect cut that was exactly what I was looking for The hair treatment and the styling at the end was wonderful too Looking forward to my appointment today
