Got my hair done here they didnt have my colour so the hairdresser sent the junior to the chemist for a box hair dye she used it on my hair I have extremely dark brown hair I ended up with ginger roots had to have my roots all redone then was charged full price very unprofessional and I wont be back
After my hair was washed and cut I was asked how I liked my fringe to be styled I asked for it to be cut just below my eyebrows It was cut like a year old childs fringe half way up my forehead I am mortified and my fringe is a mess I wont be back
