VIP Nails

First time visiting today to get my Christmas nails done and they have done a lovely job All staff really friendly It was busy as you would expect over the festive period so I did wait but didnt mind at all There was no rushing to get everyone done they all worked well under pressure Will definitely go back for my next set Thank you

Absolutely awful experience at VIP nails Had a walk in appointment went to sit down in the lounge to pick my colours My Mrs sat next to me during this Then got called over to have my nails done and the woman in the lounge quite literally threw her son at my Mrs having her hold the baby without asking To which he then started crying my Mrs did her best to console the baby till someone came and got him put him in the pushchair and left him outside the door in the street with the door closed Had my nails done and immediately they felt so sore They made my cuticles bleed and filed my natural nail down with an efile I physically Couldnt do anything with them The shape was so off from what Id asked for I ended up having them on for a week and days before ripping them off What I saw underneath was a massacre My natural nails were so weak and fragile Will NEVER go there again Absolutely awful

AVOID I stupidly ignored reviews and went to this salon to get my shellac removed as it needed to be done urgently before starting a new job They didnt soak it off they just buffed it off with an electric buffer My nails are RUINED They still have a coat of something visible on them but yet are so weak and painful I should not have ignored reviews Please to anyone considering going to them avoid avoid avoid
