Mia Nail Salon

I used to love them a few years back when I had my nails done always felt professional at what they were doing but I feel like in recent years the quality has gone down a bit They have an amazing range of nail polishes and people that work there are always very polite but recently I feel like they just rush to get the job done ASAP I understand that at times there is many clients waiting so they try to speed things up but that sadly affect the quality of their work Past months I had my acrylic coming off the nail or it chipped weeks after having it done Also another major flag is that they reuse their tools which i found out recently its a big no no they dont use gloves and as far as I can tell the tools are not being sanitised between clients Sadly I think ill be looking at different salon to have my nails done

I love the nails they do a beautiful job Great colours great art They do feet and hands all a fantastic job But I took one star off for people skills Its ok if you dont mind sitting in silence then its great for you But if your a chatty person that likes conversation then no I just think the staff could be a bit more outgoing to there customers They are very polite The job they do and the prices I think are very reasonable My nails was pounds jel full set

Great care and attention was taken on all stages of removal and application Very polite and patient with new customers Thank you I will be back
