When I went for a full face wax I was immediately sat down and told it was going to cost me however when I came to pay I was told it was despite the fact of that pricing NOT being on the pricelist and told to me the moment I had asked I was honestly SO disappointed by this and even more disappointed by their reasoning being that it took them too long to wax me it took them only minutes to wax and thread my entire face and neck regardless I paid for the services that THEY offered no matter how long it takes It was extremely unprofessional and unfair to be pressured I am appalled DO BETTER
