The salon overall was quite poorly maintained The brushes they used were old with missing bristles burned from the blow dryers and still had hair from previous clients During the hair wash they didnt even ask if the water was too hot and it was They didnt toweldry my hair properly either instead they just pulled the towel off leaving my face soaked and water dripping onto the floor The haircut itself lasted about two minutes I didnt even understand what was happening Then they asked if I wanted my hair blowdried straight or curly Unfortunately I said curly They didnt even try to dry my hair a bit before starting to blowdry it completely wet They decided to leave the round brushes in my hair and when it came time to take them out it was painful just pulling and yanking with no apology or care It felt more like pulling the brushes off my head than taking them out of my hair To top it all off they finished by curling the hair again with a flat iron By the time I got home only minutes away there was no trace of the curls left

I am so furious Look at the state of my hair Outdated place they dont even have salon chairs Only had to book here as my stylist had to self isolate and i was in need of a hair cut for my sisters big day tomorrow uneven sides and scissors cuts all over my hair How can you miss up like this and not even try to even it up And even worse to let your customer leave without telling her I only find out about the mess up when my sister pointed out to me Disgusting At the end I was told to clean up all the hairs all over my clothing before I leave myself because they dont use proper covers and she just moved on to the next customer Honestly i cant believe this place is even open
