Katies technical skill is excellent I came to her after a hair disaster elsewhere and she assessed my hair quickly explained what had gone wrong and fixed it with care and precision She was also incredibly kind and patient which made such a difference after a stressful experience I felt listened to reassured and properly looked after I left feeling like myself again and will absolutely be returning
