One star is too generous Salon had booked in too many clients for staff was in there over an hour and minutes they used the wrong gel on my aunt and charged her more though this was their mistake My nails have not been painted well but after spending that amount of time in there I was not willing to spend another second in there to have this corrected They then charged me to pay by card which I advised was ILLEGAL Then they put me on the phone to the owner who was very rude who said if I wasnt happy to pay the charge that I could walk to a cash machine Will not be returning

I went in and asked for French tip on my toes got told it was I dont know anyone else that has had this done and payed the same prices they never put any acrylic powder or nothing on my toes to be or any tips it was just clear polish with white French over the top Didnt even get my feet in the water or massaged to be charging I then asked to have a full set of acrylic nails French tip but the base coat a light pink and then painted white French I got told it was which I was ok with because they was being painted white French however I was not happy with my nails the edge of my nails being misssed my fingers being sore from filling down to much and they looked shadowey on my base coat Upon paying the lady tried to tell me they was I asked how when a full set of gels is usally and she said extra for the white tip painted then extra for length I refused to pay the extra because they was not long I still dont understand how in total my nails and toes cost me RIPPED OFF will not be returning to that shop They are lucky I payed and wanted to get on with my day without walking out VERY POOR QUALITY OF NAILS ESPECIALLY HANDS FOR BEING CHARGED THEN FOR FEET THAT NEVER EVEN GOT A MASSAGE OR PUT IN WATER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Ive never been in such an unfriendly salon I had infill with gel and pedicure with gel absolutely awful infills not painted the full nail wrong shape and no shine on the polish Pedicure was terrible took about minutes from start to finish Will never go back just wished Id read these reviews first Dont waste your money find somewhere else
