Avoid this clinic unprofessional misleading and disrespectful Ive had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Shine Beauty Laser Clinic They have cancelled my appointments multiple times without any notice making me travel all the way to the clinic only to be told its cancelled due to staff illness No call no message just wasted time and money Whats worse they have an ad in the clinic window offering full body laser for but when I asked about it they said its an old ad and they havent had time to remove it That was over a year ago and the ad is still up It feels like a clear baitandswitch tactic to lure people in under false pretenses Ive had over sessions and of them were done by different staff members despite me repeatedly asking for only one technician especially since laser treatment involves sensitive areas like the bikini line They made excuses every time and ignored my request which made the experience very uncomfortable and unprofessional To top it off they dont even follow proper procedures Instead of using laser gel which is standard they use a pack of ice inside a glove and sometimes leave it sitting on your body while theyre doing something else Its painful causes cramping and honestly just feels lazy and careless I do not recommend this clinic They are unorganized misleading and show little regard for client comfort or professionalism

I have been going to this place for a year and a half and I couldnt be a happier The staff are lovely and welcome you with a big smile My hair is less and I just come for top ups I highly recommend their laser
