Sky Nails and Spa

This is my go too nail salon however today I dont appreciate how staff handled a situation The past months they have done a bank transfer policy where u can bank transfer money instead of faffing about taking out cash however today I went to pay on bank transfer like I usually would and they asked me to pay by cash instead and explained their bank apparently froze I explained I couldnt pay by cash as I didint take any cash as how was I supposed to know the bank transfer was no more I was met with one lady that worked there doing a customers nails talking about me not having cash to them which is extremely embarrassing for me and unprofessional and the gentleman who did kindly let me bank transfer to his bank account telling me bring cash next time shaking his head to another lady worker who was also shaking their head How was I supposed to know the bank transfer policy had stoped There was absolutely no reason for the rudeness that occurred today

Overcharged by made of my fingers bleed see photos and made a complete mess of my cuticles No oil or anything to finish several nails filed off to randomasymmetric angles Very disappointing to pay for such poor work

In love with the nails I got great customer service and wasnt waiting too long very relaxing place coming back
