Staff and management are lovely friendly and helpful My mum had complex eye surgery back in May wasnt allowed to get water near her eye Hair washing was proving difficult At the age of she went to a hair salon for the very first time in her life to have her hair washed She loved the experience Felt totally relaxed in the hands of the staff She went again the following week
Sadly the surgery had to be repeated in July so shes staying in Chester and would only go to MODE to have her hair washed THANK YOU FOR BEING SENSITIVE to her needs
