Rang NYE morning to see if they had any cancellations for a blow dry they called me back at to ask if I could come in at which I was over the moon I told them I had extensions in so it would probably take longer so they asked me to come in earlier When I arrived at Michelle who was suppose to be doing my hair had gone home and told the girls she wasnt doing it because I had extensions in even though they had already told me to come in earlier for this reason My hairdresser takes minutes to blow dry my hair so I dont understand her problem Totally unprofessional and what makes it worse they had my phone number but waited until I travelled to the shop to tell me this and on NYE if they had called me back at I would of been able to try and get an appointment at another shop Ive never known anything like this in my life If there was an option for no stars I would of chose that No wonder they always have appointments available red flag in itself

Absolutely amazing staff Dillon was my barber that day and he was lovely Almost fell asleep it was that relaxing and the haircut was beautiful

Rang n got in straight away Used to go here yrs ago n take kids wen thy were little Always such lovely experience n amazing value too Love my hair today Back on ur books again U soon Xxxxxx
