I really wanted to like this place because the decor is lovely And the staff are really friendly
However within a month I have had my nails repaired twice
The first time after THREE nails broke when opening a door I went back and ended up paying for fixtures and shellac My cuticles were cut so badly they started peeling and bleeding the next day
Then two weeks later another nail has broken Im not sure what the issue is with the acrylic power theyre using but it doesnt work at all Same stability as press on nails
First time at phoenix I have OCD and can honestly say my pedi and manicure was perfect Friendly and spotless salon Will defo be back
