I am extremely thankful that this salon managed to accommodate me for a hair wash and dry despite my lack of an appointment However I was initially quoted and to my astonishment the final amount was I inquired about the reason for this unexpected price increase and I was informed that it was due to the stylist combing my hair It seems quite unjust to impose this additional charge on me at the time of payment especially without prior warning I strongly suggest that any services incurring extra costs should be communicated more transparently to customers in the future Although a refund was issued the atmosphere during this process felt rather unfriendly and the overcharge has negatively impacted my first experience at the salon On a positive note my hair certainly feels better now

So impressed with Tina hairs and gracies My daughter and myself were booked in for a trim however the day before my daughter had an accident with a home colour I called to ask if she could do a last minute repair the day before our appointment She took such care to detail and fixed the messup caused Thankyou Tina you have a very happy year old and Mum Will definitely be coming back

Both Tina and Chloe did an incredible job with my eyebrows hair dye and cut today Such a warm welcoming friendly place and they made me feel like me again Will be going again
