Had a wonderful time with Hannah doing my nails today I had gone into a different nail salon this morning that had messed up my nails and cut my finger But as soon as I walked in the the staff were excellent I showed Hannah what I wanted and she helped me go through all the colours to make sure I was happy She kept asking if I was ok and was so gentle around the area that had been cut Honestly couldnt praise her enough Will definitely be back again Thank you

Been coming here for months Usually no problems I come here as they are fast and do full sets in around mins However today when I visited there was a big kick off because I only had card they were demanding cash and claiming they dont take card even though Ive paid card for the last months obviously trying to dodge the tax man when I said I only had my credit card he persisted to say they dont take card I said I had been coming here for months and you have always taken card then from nowhere he gets the card machine out and then charged me more for my nails than ever before Usually Ive been charged over the last months for an infill but this time I was charged Disgusting behaviour wont be using again and a future tip if you only want to accept cash then write on your window cash only

Poor quality went back after a week as gel coming off No powder put on the nails after acrylic extension application just filed into the nail and gel Not sure if the powder is expensive but was told I shouldve asked for more if I wanted more Been having my nails done for over years Also poor customer service Went back twice and in the end asked for my money back but told I cant as its been too long Didnt have time to keep going back and started after a week to peel Nails very weak due to this so be careful as can cause a lot of pain to real nail or snapped off Assumed with being in a big shopping centre it would be quality and care but neither of this was offered Lady who said she owns the whole business would not help Go elsewhere
