I had a very disappointing experience at this business a couple of years ago and forgot to leave a review that they truly deserved From the moment I arrived I witnessed unprofessional behaviour that left me shocked The owner and some staff members were making fun of a girl who was clearly struggling with selfharm It was disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and respect After the girl left they even complained about her saying she stank While I did like my hair the experience was overshadowed by the discomfort caused by the stylist who was rough with my hair during the process I chose not to complain at the time but I wish I had I have screenshots of the conversation where I considered booking again but only if I could avoid the stylist who had been so rough The owner infos response to my concerns was also disappointing Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone It infos crucial to support businesses that treat all individuals with kindness and professionalism

Came across them on instagram so lovely and professional from the get go Great communication Offered a drink and made to feel very welcome whilst I was waiting for my appointment to start Very clean salon The girls and lovely and gentle with your hair and the products smell feel amazing Definitely top quality and recommend this salon to everyone Abigail was very patient when I was explaining what I wanted to do to my hair and always makes sure I leave happy Definitely my goto salon from now on Thanks xxx

Went to see the hairdresser renting a room upstairs The salon looked very nice though and the staff were friendly
