stars if that were possible I originally came to this salon solely because of Naomi She is an incredibly skilled and professional lash technician who consistently gave me the exact look I wanted every time Unfortunately my experience with the salon owner Anna was the complete opposite I booked an appointment with her for both lips and lashes While I was happy with the lip treatment the lash application was very poorly done Anna insisted I get handmade Russian lashes which I agreed to despite this not being my usual choice At my next infill appointment Naomi had to correct Annas work During the removal and correction many of my natural lashes were pulled out due to the incorrect and rushed application This has left my natural lashes sparse and gappy which has deeply affected my confidenceespecially as I naturally have long lashes I contacted Anna to explain what had happened but she was dismissive and placed the blame on my aftercare which is simply not true I care for my lashes the same way I always have and I have never experienced pain or lash loss like this in the four years Ive been getting my lashes done Given that Anna is the salon owner I had high expectations but this experience completely broke my trust I will not be returning and would not recommend booking with her
Im writing this review with regret but I feel its important to share my experience due to poor communication and unprofessional treatment There were repeated changes to appointment times and an appalling attitude from the lash technician Heather which unfortunately led me to make a formal complaint to the salon ownermanager Anna I was genuinely mortified by how both myself and my daughter were treated Anna assured me she would personally take over the care of both my lashes and my daughters going forward I attended one followup appointment with Anna during which she acknowledged that my lashes had been badly done with blobs of glue left on and lashes that should have been removed She also stated that the technician required further training I was told that from then on I should text Anna directly to arrange appointments the same for my daughter Unfortunately despite this promise both myself and my daughter were subsequently ignored Messages were read but not responded to and no further appointments were arranged I have since been forced to find a new salon The lack of communication broken promises and the way we were treated was extremely disappointing and upsetting Sadly I cannot recommend this salon
Please dont go here if youre looking for a professional business I must commend Naomi for being an excellent professional lash technician whose work is toptier However the management and customer service are utterly unprofessional from the other staff My mother and I experienced a significant scheduling error caused by staff member Heather resulting in very poor quality rushed remedial work Following this the owner Anna personally offered us a free refill to correct the salons mistake Anna also agreed verbally that her member of staff heather needed more training This promise was immediately broken Anna subsequently failed to honour the agreement ignored multiple messages and refused to rebook us When finally contacted Anna resorted to Denying her own verbal promise of a free service Shifting of the blame for the poor result onto the client Unilaterally blocking me from their booking app to avoid resolution yet offering to arrange a call with me to rebook my appointment This complete lack of accountability failure to communicate and termination of service without resolving a justified complaint is the definition of unprofessionalism Avoid using this salon due to the owners appalling management Anna
