Ellie did my cut and blow dry she listened to my ideas on how I wanted it and was very informative
She was an absolute pro I have never seen anyone cut hair like it And she has a unique way of blow drying hair
I infom over the moon with the end result I would definitely recommend Ellie and the salon
I visited the salon to have my eyebrows waxed after reading the reviews however the experience was disappointing I was scheduled for a am appointment however I arrived minutes late Though it was my bad to reach late the brows technician responded to my delay in such harsh tone which was an unacceptable level of customer service I have never encountered such service in the UK or Coleshill as she could have expressed it in a polite manner as there was other consumer as well but she choose to ask does it sound good Quite unpleasant experience
