I was a regular customer of this shop But when I went with my year old son for his hair cut they told me that he will cry and it will take hours to finish and they didn infot do it Stupid people We would like to add the following with respect to your reply We truly care for our child and he has had haircuts before including at your shop and also at another salon in Birmingham without any major issues Yes he was a little scared this time but it infos unfair for you to assume in advance that it would take hours and that he would cry especially when you have personally cut his hair before in just a few minutes The last time he visited your parlour he was only years old and like many children of that age he may have cried during the haircut which is perfectly normal for a toddler However it was wrong to assume he would behave exactly the same way this time We are definitely not abusive so please don infot be so quick to pass judgement on us as parents A more understanding and professional response would have been appreciated Moreover we believe timely haircuts are an important part of maintaining good hygiene and can even help prevent associated conditions which is why we value this so much for our child We hope you will take this feedback constructively and approach future situations with more understanding and professionalism

Great hair cut nice atmosphere and close to other aminaties

Been coming here for years absolutely best barbershop in Birmingham They really know how to cut hair but more importantly all the barbers are very friendly and welcoming The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating he is especially good with my kids I would never go anywhere else Highly recommended
