I had a gel manicure and pedicure at this salon and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory While the service itself was acceptable my gel nails began peeling just a few hours later despite being advertised to last two weeks As someone who regularly gets gel nails Im well aware of how long they should last and this was disappointing When I contacted the ownermanager Her name was Greta I believe she initially offered to fix the nails the next day which I appreciated very much However she then canceled and instead promised a refund for the manicure within days I agreed but its now been a month and I still havent received the refund Despite reading my messages on WhatsApp and ignoring calls she has not followed through I dont typically write reviews but after this experience and seeing and hearing many complaints from others even her ex colleague its clear that this business is not professional The prices do not reflect the quality of service provided I strongly recommend avoiding this place

Definitely do not recommend using any training services with this company Courses are not accredited as they announce She is also selling uncredited certificates to other technicians to train others Owner is not refunding money to girls who havent received training due to owners fault By all means avoid this place

Terrible customer service Im afraid Gel nails were not capped are peeling after days Needed to rearrange next appointment Was told very bluntly that policy was hours to change or I would have to pay to move the appointment It was a legitimate need that meant I couldnt attend I completely understand having a policy but good customer service is knowing when to waive it Instead I lost the amount I had prepaid for the treatment Im sorry but I will not be using this salon again
