Extremely disappointed with Skin FX I tried for over a month to contact them every single day and never received a response I called all listed phone numbers daily sent texts and submitted multiple booking requests through their website I also contacted all of their clinic locations and still heard absolutely nothing back I had purchased a voucher which made the lack of communication even more frustrating as I was trying to book within the timeframe The complete absence of customer service is unacceptable Based on my experience I would strongly advise others to stay away

I arrived pm for a pm appt and the office was closed I started calling repeatedly because no one answered the calls and I had doubts if the appointment was correct Since no one answered he decided to send a text message saying that the office was closed and took a photo for reference I received a message back saying Your appointment is at pm So I decided to wait and I took that message as confirmation that everything was going well A very annoying guy arrives a little violent in his speech and body language telling me that if he did that again my appointments would be canceled I tried to tell him that it was not with the intention of bothering but to confirm that everything was going well and wait for my appointment calmly he maintenance his attitude we were alone in the waiting room I felt a little attacked and scared so I decided to suspend and leave the place as soon as possible Regardless of the calls I think it is not the way to communicate with your clients I hope this situation is not repeated with any other client It was definitely not a good experience for me and it left me with a very bad image of the place and the person who was there
