If I could give less than one star this shop definitely would deserve it From the countless star reviews already on this page Im surprised that they are still in business Where do I even start The customer service is not only non existent its even agressive rude She wants you to spend your hard earned money but cant be pleasant in any way its actually a joke It would even be better if she didnt speak at all but every comment or remark from her mouth is straight rude I was debating between things she wouldnt even let me touch instead she would take it out put it on the counter for me to view as if I will contaminate her items Ultimately after a few rude remarks from her I asked to confirm the price of thread she responded rudely that there is the price as if to say am I blind or can I not read Anyways for me that was my final straw because its not by force I spend my funds in your shop madam I just walked out the store without purchasing anything You dont even show graciousness that someone will choose to patronize your shop It is a bit ridiculous at your age that you can be so miserable unwelcoming unkind And the couple star reviews are clearly friends family holding her status at stars lol because there is no way that she has randomly decided to introduce her self share her name as Amy be so kind friends with a few customers but to everyone else behaves like a monster Royals beauty supply is less than min away the cashier is super friendly helpful kind Id rather spend my money there

Very bad customer service The owner keeps talking to the employee in a rude way and she keeps asking do you need help Like times in a span of minutes Its actually horrible place to shop its a tiny store and you feel harassed and uncomfortable shopping there Im not sure how this store is still open honestly The products sold and prices are not bad actually but unfortunately its over shadowed by the bad customer service and the owner makes you feel wrong to be even shopping there Im definitely going to be looking for other stores to shop at because this is really horrible

Amazing African supplies are offered at this great shop and the owner The lady is so kind and caring towards us I wish her all the best She has an amazing store
