Being a long time client I normally go to Kim nail tech or Helen owner they always know what I want and try to accommodate me since I can be hard to please sometimes When I visited this location today I was skeptical having my nails done by a less experience nail tech because Im used to Kim accommodating me but when I didnt see her i was approached by a young man name Alex I decided to have faith and trust the process I am so glad I took the chance on Alex who was new to doing nails He was patient respectful and he understood the assignment and knew exactly what I wanted He wasnt rude when I wanted my nails a certain way I felt the love while he was doing my nails He took his time to perfect my nails I am so impressed by his service that I will definitely be back again for him to do my nails If he is not there asked for Kim she is really good Thank you Alex I appreciate you and the time and effort you put into my nails

Sigh Quite disappointed I went here for the first time to get french tips done I like the nails but the finishing is so rough Had glue sticking out everywhere Was going out afterwards and I was so conscious of my nails I keep hiding them I probably didnt get one of the best staff Cant believe I paid for this
