I had the best experience of getting nails done at Olivia Even I was late the staff was very welcoming and friendly I got my nails done from Sindy She is a lovely person including the other staff members as well It is a must recommended place if you want your nails to be done perfect

I am always impressed with the service here The staff are all friendly with watertea offered each visit The space is bright and pleasant Katie consistently does a wonderful job with my bio gel fill and I will keep coming back Highly recommend

I had such a fun relaxing time I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and the staff were all very sweet I asked for a pedicure with no polish no shellac no acrylic and it was only All the chairs are massage chairs A lot more friendly in comparison to other places plus the overall aesthetic is so cute Its like stepping into a cute and cozy place inside of Hamilton I was offered Water tea or coffee and since I wanted water I was given a nice cold water bottle When it comes to the actual pedicure my technician was just spot on amazing she took her time with me and I didnt feel like she was rushing or ignoring my requests I didnt really want to keep my nails long and mentioned briefly how they just dont do well and chip so I like keeping them to a bare minimum length Everything she used was clean she even wore gloves which I personally dont mind as Im not used to it must be a thing here in Canada We made lots of small talk she was very easy going and honestly I had fun chatting with her usually I just like to lay back and relax She encouraged me to double check her work I asked her to round my nails a little bit and if we can go shorter which she did end up doing and asked me to check again I was very happy with the way they looked and how my heels felt after my dead skin was gone I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough everyone is so lovely and the vibes are just on point
