Ive been a loyal customer at this salon for over a decade but after my recent experience I unfortunately wont be returning I originally booked my haircut online where it clearly stated the service would take minutes and cost Because I have long hair I decided to call the salon directly to clarify the time and price I was told it would be for a minute appointment which I was perfectly fine with I even received a confirmation email stating that the service was booked accordingly long hair minutes During my visit while the haircut itself was okay the stylist whom Ive been to before made multiple passive comments about the length of my hair and how timeconsuming it was which made the experience feel uncomfortable But the real issue came at the end I was charged over before tax and tip To make it worse theres a sign right at the entrance advertising a haircut wash and style for How did my appointment jump from already adjusted for long hair to over I called the salon afterward for clarification and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive repeatedly saying because you have long hair which I had already disclosed at the time of booking Her tone and attitude were unacceptable and unprofessional The way this was handled especially on the phone was incredibly disappointing Its sad to say but I wont be coming back
