WORST WORST haircut Doesnt know how to layer Literally hacked into hair with thinning scissor chunks of hair missing No styling or shaping Its going to take months to grow out Cant blow dry or combe style Still want to cry months later Never see the young lass here

Ive been getting my hair cut at Hi Lites for maybe years now and I have never once been disappointed with their work Demi always does a great job of looking after me is attentive and remembers our past conversations The prices are fantastic Id certainly recommend Hi Lites

I found the lady that I talked to was really very rude and condescending towards me she kept referring to me as You people when I said I didnt buy shampoo and conditioner at a salon and then again when I said I was only using toners on my hair she was really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable I am a single mum of children and dont deserve to be talked down at because I cant spend on a shampoo I went in there to ask for advice and get a hair cut but walked out of there not given an answer to my question or a hair cut only feeling horrible about myself and so put down the worst conversation with a Hair Dresser that I have ever experienced When I first walked in there I though what a nice place but that quickly changed within minutes of talking to one of the ladies who had a horrible attitude I wont be going there again for anything such a shame because I just moved here and was hoping to find a good local hairdresser Im glad she has weeded herself out and I can actually find a nice person to do my hair
